Zack and his team were the best.
They we super friendly and worked in such an efficient way. I was very impressed. These guys seemed to really enjoy their job...a job that I am sure can be very draining and frustrating. But their positive attitudes made all the difference in the world. It certainly eased my stress of moving.
I was also impressed with how they dealt with my "tricky" staircase. I already knew it would be a bit of a challenge but they were still smiling even after having to "creatively" take apart my sectional ( which was going in the garbage) and listen to my annoying neighbor. Haha
I am sending MANY thanks and high fives to Zack and the other two young men ( I wish I could remember their names!) You made my day!

The team that moved my mother to her new apartment was wonderful. Those young men were friendly, efficient, and went beyond in order to accommodate our requirements. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

April communicated regularly to keep me updated on my responsibilities for the move, pricing, timelines etc. Dan and Brian were so professional! They completed my move within the estimated timeframe, took care with my furnishings and worked diligently to ensure all items were loaded and transferred safely. Thanks for making the move a great experience!

I was expecting (I think justifiably) that our move would have taken the 3-hour minimum or LESS, given that the movers were all "wrapped up" and ready to leave the destination at least 10 minutes BEFORE the 3-hour time-frame was up....and our location was easily within a 10 minute drive of the St. Catharines Two Men yard.
We had had a busy day, were anxious to get mother-in-law settled, and weren't in the mood to argue.
Ask your drivers for the "exact time" they finished at the site; if they're honest, they'll concur with me. Chris (or Rob?) can't remember who, for sure, was the driver, but he'll remember that when he explained that the bill would exceed the 3-hour quote, I held up my watch and said it's not even three hours yet. His excuse was, "gotta get back to the shop". I shrugged.

We were absolutely impressed with the three young men who helped us move, they were friendly, professional and very polite. We would highly recommend your company. The office staff were also amazing from the first person we spoke to and also the lady who called us, it’s so wonderful to deal with a company that still has old fashioned values.

My movers (Dan and Jr. (Dan also) were AWESOME. They made my move almost completely stressless!! Now if they could come and downsize for me, I would love them forever! LOL
