The first crew (we had 3 trucks) and packers were outstanding. The second and third crew were not as good as the first crew (didn’t finish packing and forgot a few things) hence the “good” rating rather than “excellent”

Murray, Seymour & Doug are a great Team! They ensured my pack & move to storage was stressless as possible.
They worked so well together as a team. They anticipated all my needs and truly cared that my contents would be properly packed. Will be booking them again for my move from storage too! Amazing team!

The team was terrific. They were happy and business like. They took great care and made a complicated move with three pick-up locations and the movement of a couple of extra items to another floor of our house simple. They were fast and in the end I was charged even a little less than the original quote. I have already recommended Two Men & a Truck to friends.

The office and moving staff were very skilled and professional. Great experience from start to finish.

I bought a three piece couch from the Brick, and after two attempts for delivery, the Brick told me that the items could not fit into our condo elevator. After disputing and sending measurements, I was convinced that the job could be done with the right movers. I called Two Men and A Truck, and was so pleased that I was right because it was done professionally by professional movers. Thank you so much!!!

I would, without hesitation, recommend Two Men and a Truck. We moved to a rental while our house is being renovated. From the initial meeting to the final piece of furniture being unload, I was impressed by the professionalism of the company and the movers. The movers Doug, Murray and Eric were professional in all aspects of the job. I will be using them for my move back once the renovation is done.

We booked you to move contents of 1100 sq ft condo plus 3 storage units approx 3km to our new home. You scheduled 3 people, 26' truck, didn't complete on a Thurs (10 am - 8pm) bc couldn't drive for 13+ hours so you scheduled to return next day (Friday of Thxgiving wknd) at 1pm. By 3pm you called and said truck was broken. We had to cancel our family's Thanksgiving dinner: no dishes/beds for guests, etc. Why don't you have more than one person who can drive a truck? Why didn't you have more than one operable truck? Why not other movers avail on the Friday? You then also charged us on the Tues for the 'min 4 hours' but only took 2. You didn't even try to better our experience. You're judged on how you resolve an issue, not on having an issue. These are all poor office staff decisions.
