The experience was generally a good one. There was a problem with the third mover - he was not very focussed and did not seem reliable - but the main moving team dismissed him and reduced the hourly charge. As a result however, the move took more hours than expected, but the main team also offered a very good price and we were satisfied in the end. One issue was dismantling the sofa bed - this was more difficult than it should have been and the sofa bed is now in many more pieces than it was upon entry in the home. I hope it can be reassembled with no problem when we move back in.
Overall, we were very satisfied with Doug and Murray - they were professional, courteous and efficient. The third fellow (name? ) should not be employed as mover. Thanks!

Booking process was easy, but there was a mix up and only two men were sent instead of the three required to move our piano. The two sent didn’t know how to move a piano. The move took five hours longer than estimated which was very stressful. Other than that very big mistake, the experience was good. The two guys sent worked very hard and the management team did a good job of fixing the issue and renegotiating a price to mollify me.

The two gentlemen were very engaging and pleasant. They offered suggestions for the move and even provided a temporary wardrobe box that we did not have. Asked questions when needed but otherwise were quite autonomous. One would stay with the truck while it was open to ensure no one would steal anything and would lock up the truck when they needed both of them for the heavier/bulkier items which we did not need as we offered to stay with the truck while they were doing that.

Overall, an excellent experience and we *will* be recommending them to others.

I was disappointed that there were no wardrobe boxes brought to the house. I was told they would be available. The team gave us the option of wrapping the clothes in blankets, that did work but boxes would have been best.
There was also a bit of an issue with where to park the truck as the townhome was located on a busy stretch of the street. This should have been identified at the site visit and discussed with the moving team prior to moving day and this situation could have been avoided.

I appreciate the friendly and helpful approach and really loved the moving team. They worked hard and nothing was too much trouble...great guys and I would use the company anytime if could get the same crew!

I would have rated your team much higher but when there was CLEARLY a problem they took a longtime to respond and it's still not resolved. Happy to forward chain of 3-4 emails.

Clayton and Tyrell were well mannered, well spoken, polite and very careful with the property. They were a pleasure to have in our home doing the moving. All movers should be trained as they are. I have no problem recommending Two Men and a Truck, especially Clayton and Tyrell.

Your guys were great - unfortunately there was a door that got smashed but your manager came out and took care of the situation immediately. There was one guy who unfortunately I had to report as he was quite lazy and felt that the other guys really had to step it up to keep up the pace but other than that only 1 thing got damaged which is impressive.

My decision to hire a mover was pretty late in the game and I was relieved that this wasn't a problem. My condo has a very odd service elevator/loading dock set up and I was impressed by how the movers were able to prioritize items so the move was as quick as possible while also taking very good care of my things. The movers themselves were super pleasant and easy to talk which added to my comfort level.
With no hidden charges and fast service this was definitely as positive an experience as any move can be.
