Excellent and smooth move with no surprises. A real pleasure on a very hot day.

Your moving team showed up an hour late, which made the move day more stressful than it had to be. Overall, the "lead" for the moving team was quite pleasant to work with, although the moving team did not seem to have much of a sense of urgency / hustle.

6 men and 2 trucks, extremely courteous and careful, and efficiently packaged up and moved, unpacking and placement all done well with care and caution for surfaces in new house. Well done!

Service took signicantly longer than it should have. One mover who was newer seem to work quicker and think through what to move when. A lot of time was wasted throughout the move.
Was very unimpressed when additional time was required and moved offered to do it at a reduced cost if cash was paid.
As a result of this, I have no plans to use for future moves or recommend the company to friends and family.

I was scheduling a move on behalf of a tenant with mobility issues. The movers arrived promptly, packed her belongings with care, and did it all quickly. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate the tenant and her service animal. They were compassionate, considerate and helped make a very overwhelming process less stressful for her. My office contact, Scott, was also very communicative and prompt to answer my questions and complete the booking. Thank you all! We will be calling again in the future.
