What is normally a stressful day was made so much easier by our awesome team of movers. They were caring and respectful and took excellent care of all our things.

A very positive experience! Moving can be very stressful and it was alleviated considerably. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I was disappointed with my recent move. The movers were friendly but really scratched and scuffed the walls. The move from a two bedroom condo took 11 hours, which seems really slow. Some of our stuff was broken, one of which we received compensation. It was my first experience with a mover but if I had to do it again, I would try another company.

Everything started off great - movers arrived on time, they were great in ensuring all our wooden furniture, paintings, lamps, and rug were wrapped properly and sufficiently protected before moving everything into the truck. They promptly arrived at our new home and unloaded everything - except for one thing, they had left the wooden legs to our couch back at the loading dock of our old home! My wife and I drove back ourselves (about 10km) after they left and ended up finding the bag in the condo's large recycling bin. We fished it out ourselves. On top of that we discovered our floor standing lampshade was cracked along with 2 of our plates (both in a box marked FRAGILE). Although they move was completed in less time than what we were quoted, we'll likely look elsewhere for our next move.

The moving crew was friendly, energetic and accommodating. I would ask for those 3 guys specifically next time because of my experience with them.

Because we were moving 200 km away I was happy they took the time to wrap the wood and glass furniture well.Pianos are hard to move an all went well.

The movers were very nice and they wrapped the furniture as we were told they would. They were a little slow at the beginning but generally did a good job.

Your moving team showed up an hour late, which made the move day more stressful than it had to be. Overall, the "lead" for the moving team was quite pleasant to work with, although the moving team did not seem to have much of a sense of urgency / hustle.
