This was our second move with Two Men & a Truck. Both times our experience with this company has been great. The teams are professional, friendly and efficient. They did a great job with both our pack and our move.

They sent 3 guys instead of 2 for the same price. They were all very friendly and accommodating. It made our move easier and they even rescued our cat who managed to escape!!

We moved on June 18th , the morning started off okay and then went down hill. I had three guys, of which two seemed not to be experienced. We were quoted 5.5 hours and the movers thought it would take approx.9 hours. They packed up and left well before us and we arrived the same time.
There was many damaged items, of which I have contacted the office about and will send photos . We have used your company many times and have always been satisfied. This time not so much . I have moved out of Toronto which was traumatic and some of my precious items have been damaged, I know this happens , however it is difficult.

I will be forwarding pictures, we have to unload the entire storage unit to get to the items.

Will, Curtis and Clayton were all sensitive to my older client's needs and very hardworking. They took very good care of her furnishings and belongings and were accommodating with abbreviated windows of elevator times as she transitioned from a condo to a retirement residence. Everyone was delighted with this move and client will be referring you to her friends who may not require our range of tailored senior move management services.

my movers - Marcus and Dwayne were absolutley amazing. It was a hot day and they stuck through it with a great attitude the entire time. they arrived on time and took good care of our belongings. I would definitely use your company again and would recommend it to friends.

Overall, the moving experience was good, however, it took much longer than anticipated. The disappointment was in the post-move customer service. We had wall, door and floor damage in our new home which was immediately reported. I received an voicemail acknowledging the notification of damage, but absolutely no follow up and its been well over a week from the move date. We would appreciate a follow up with compensation for the damage that was caused.
