Overall, the moving experience was good, however, it took much longer than anticipated. The disappointment was in the post-move customer service. We had wall, door and floor damage in our new home which was immediately reported. I received an voicemail acknowledging the notification of damage, but absolutely no follow up and its been well over a week from the move date. We would appreciate a follow up with compensation for the damage that was caused.

The experience was great. The moving team called when leaving the office and when in the vicinity of the move location to keep me informed of their arrival. The team was friendly, courteous and took care of the contents to be moved. I also noticed the team communicated well with each other when moving items such as larger furniture that required shifting to get through tight spots. Overall, it was a good "first" experience with Two Men and a Truck.

I was significantly underquoted. Sure the person made a mistake, and it is a charge by the hour, but those types of mistakes shouldn't happen if this is their job everyday. They didn't account for moving any boxes. This is after I asked them what the cost was to buy 20 actual moving boxes from them, and then also followed up to say that I don't need the boxes because we bought them at Staples, because they didn't answer in a reasonable time. Thus they only showed up with two movers. They quoted 5.5 hours and the move was 11 hours. It was a very long day for me and my wife, and we had to add in picking the little one up from daycare and having her around for the extended move time; which was difficult. The actual movers were amazing. Good guys. Office needs more organization.

The movers we had, Doug and Murray, were prompt, hardworking, problem-solving, and professional. They did an excellent job of problem-solving to disassemble and move large pieces of furniture uphill to our new house in a rural location. They were polite and helpful at all times. Thank you very much! We would highly recommend them.

Our movers Chuby and Seymour worked so hard on a very, very hot day. They checked in regularly regarding appropriate care and were very efficient. Our experience was very positive.

I was expecting two guys and a truck. I got four. They would have wrapped everything if I hadn't stopped them. They were efficient despite the challenges the destination presented. The bill came in under the estimate.
