Two Men and a Truck was such a great choice. Timely, efficient and caring. Moving always presents a few hurdles and thanks to Darren and Kegan all the challenges were easily overcome. Happy to say, I actually enjoyed my move! Thanks to the whole team for making everything so easy.

Majority of belongings just dumped willy nilly in one main room (main floor). Only part of stuff for upstairs was brought up. I had to hire 2 people the next day to finish the job!
Also damage to floors andamp; stairs - all were painted/varnished 3 wks ago. New stainless steel fridge delivered Wednes was scratched. Extremely disappointed. I would gladly have paid much more $$ on Friday to have it done right the first time. Also unnecessarily disassembled cabinet and broke dowel. Very disappointed. I thought I was paying for quality and service. $$$ was not my issue; convenience and stress free move was my goal. The movers really failed me and I'm extremely disappointed.

Excellent team - very professional . I was highly impressed with their stamina , energy and positive attitude over the span of a very long 12 hour move - I donandacirc;??t know how these guys do it . Our lead was Jason David with a solid team of Niall amd Will . These guys are amazing , strong commitment on what is a very tough job - action oriented , problem solvers Two Men is lucky to have them!

All went very well with my client's move. Malcolm, Chris and Niall were very helpful and caring with my older client's furnishings and belongings.

At 92 years of age, moving to a retirement home is monumental. Hiring your company was the easiest part of it all. The two movers were outstanding in every way - courteous, polite and even a sense of humour. Fantastic experience. Thanks to all. Betty

The team was fantastic, very efficient and friendly. It was probably the coldest day of the winter and they were running in and out of the cold no problem and with positive attitudes.

The guys made the move acceptable which was great as it is stressful. They were thoughtful and kind and approachable. The two of them were very efficient and moved about packing and loading the truck in a resourceful way which provided confidence in what they were doing.

Two minor issues. One there was a brief disagreement about what would go on the truck and what would stay. At the end of the day itandacirc;??s my stuff so I think I would have the best idea on what I own. Lastly they had to remove the front legs off a chair. They lost half the screws. Now I have to go to the hardware store and find these screws. Itandacirc;??s not hard, itandacirc;??s just a pain in the butt given all the other post move stuff I have to do. Maybe you should outfit your trucks with the most used furniture screws. Also they had to borrow tools from me. Suggest you have more tools.

Part of our move wasn't included on the crew manifest despite being discussed in detail during the quote. The crew took a 1.5 hour lunch despite saying they'd be back in 30 minutes. They backed their truck into our porch roof mangling the corner of our new home. Terrible experience. Would never use Two Men and a Truck Again.

The estimate visit was professional and reassuring--all questions answered. The guys were a bit late, but understandable due to traffic--they called ahead and warned me, and emphasized that I would not be charged for the extra time. Methodical, careful loading, friendly guys with good attitude--helped me put a file cabinet I wasn't moving to the curb. The price was more than estimated, but the trip to Hamilton was longer than expected, and it took a while to unload everything into my packed shop/storage area there--understandable. The big guy mentioned that he had been scheduled for the job because heavy shop equipment was involved. He was definitely up to the task. Altogether a good experience.
