Part of our move wasn't included on the crew manifest despite being discussed in detail during the quote. The crew took a 1.5 hour lunch despite saying they'd be back in 30 minutes. They backed their truck into our porch roof mangling the corner of our new home. Terrible experience. Would never use Two Men and a Truck Again.

The estimate visit was professional and reassuring--all questions answered. The guys were a bit late, but understandable due to traffic--they called ahead and warned me, and emphasized that I would not be charged for the extra time. Methodical, careful loading, friendly guys with good attitude--helped me put a file cabinet I wasn't moving to the curb. The price was more than estimated, but the trip to Hamilton was longer than expected, and it took a while to unload everything into my packed shop/storage area there--understandable. The big guy mentioned that he had been scheduled for the job because heavy shop equipment was involved. He was definitely up to the task. Altogether a good experience.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was very positive. The quote was accurate and there were no 'surprise fees' the day of the move. The movers were friendly, worked hard, and delivered all of our household belongings safely and efficiently. Say yes to their wardrobe boxes - a huge time-saver!!!! The local owner came to quote and was great. He under quoted unfortunately, the job needed more, but he was solid.

The office assistant, Casey, was really not great. Not sharp, not a great communicator, not organized, not knowledgeable, so our time leading up the move was very unpleasant and worrying. Casey should not be in the logistics field.

Generally speaking, Two Men could do better with prep materials like moving bins and labeling. We had to go out and buy 24 bins for the move. My wife's office used a moving company that dropped off bins 3 weeks before the move and came to get them 3 weeks later. That was the service I wanted, and asked Casey about repeatedly, without any help.

The movers we great guys, hard workers, careful to a fault, and we had a great day.

Jason, Al and Carlos all went the extra mile for this move!! As our client chose to take considerably more with her than recommended, this could have been a stressful move. This team was excellent. They quickly and carefully transported all and came in under quote for my older client :).

Our guys (3) were very accommodating and eager to help. They may have lacked some experience in moving very large items but otherwise they were tireless and our move took the entire day. To get everything into the locker (we were not moving to a new house) was a huge challenge but was done masterfully. The guys offered advice when needed and took instruction well too. Fantastic service from start to finish. The moving team were on time, communication was great, and all went well. Great experience, again, as this is the 2nd time we've used them. Absolutely would recommend!
