Whoever estimated move of my goods did a horrible job as they charged me 40% over the estimate. I send them all the pictures of the items that have to be moved, so they knew exactly what they will be moving. They sent a truck that was too small and added more people after they realized their mistake. This is horribly planned and after I asked for a refund I was refused. I will contact HQ.

Thank you Michael for the opportunity to be of service. One of our core values at Two Men and a Truck® Windsor-Sarnia is the Grandma Rule®; which is to treat everyone as if they were our grandma - with care, respect and integrity. Thank you for seeing these qualities in our crew as we moved you forward.

Two men and a truck was very nice over the phone. They arrived when they said. Were polite and worked endlessly. They loaded our furniture with care and yet quite fast. When they arrived at the new house they unloaded in the same manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish!!! Scheduling staff were so pleasant, explained everything. The day of the move couldn't have gone any better!! So professional, very careful with our furniture!! Moving was a huge stress, but once your staff showed up, the stress went away! Thank you sooooo much!

I will definitely recommend this service. From my phone call to the actual move everything was great! Very thorough, care was taken to protect both furniture and my hardwood floors. Even though it was short notice they were very accommodating.
