The moving team I had was absolutely amazing! Samantha is a great customer service and super friendly! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use them!
They may not be the cheapest movers but they most definitely care about your stuff and try to do everything within their power to keep your stuff from having any damage.

Overall, we will not recommend Two Men and a Truck Windsor to our friends and family. The initial quote process and customer service was outstanding. Samantha did a wonderful job making us feel at ease.

The delivery team, while very pleasant and easy to work with, damaged all of our property; scuffs on wood including dressers & tables. While quick, their attention to detail was disappointing.

Great guys; personable, pleasant, hard workers, polite. They were patient with me... I have experience & was compelled to offer guidance at times when they struggled.
Lack of experience or training was evident. Use of cart sometimes hurt more than help. My leather chair was put down on the edge of a concrete step on its side, scuffed the leather & rivets. Q: safety, steel toe boots not req'd?

I didn’t realize I would be paying for travel time between Windsor and Chatham. I knew your firm was located in Windsor but also thought there was a Chatham location. I would have liked to know that before booking. To be fair I was told I would be charged from the time the guys left the shop so agreed to that but it was less than 72 hours when I asked the question as to where the shop was located.

This was one of the worst experiences our family has had. moving team was inexperienced unprofessional and caused us extreme grief. Zero leadership from team leader, continuous immature horse play from team members. Team caused extensive damage to our new house and tried to cover it up including scratches and and deep gouges to hardwood floors, various wall damage, furniture damage etc.

I was very impressed ! The office team really helped me a lot I had a very small window for moving opportunities and it was very short notice and I was so impressed how relentless the support was to accommodate me. The moving team was very professional and did a great job I will use again as well I will recommend!

Customer service was very good, Office staff was excellent and quick to respond.
Movers tool allot of car not to damage items being moved, and also worked fast and efficiently.

We were very satisfied with the moving team and office. The attention that was paid to carefully covering and wrapping each piece of furniture was very impressive. I have never seen that done by any other moving company we have used. I wish we would have used Two Men and a Truck when we first moved my parents into the retirement home. I would call on them again.I highly recommend their services.
