It was an extremely hot day yesterday, but that did not deter the three man crew. They were attentive to instructions, polite, cheerful and very hard working. They took great care in moving particularly large pieces of furniture and placed everything exactly where I wanted it. They made a stressful day much easier for me.

You are the first company that ever has charged me or wants to charge me 250 deductible. For damage, it's your damage. You should cover it totally without any cost until that happens. I will never recommend you to anybody and I'll tell everybody I know about what has happened.

moving team were polite. walls were damaged on stairway and landing. they couldn't figure out how to move one item that I moved into the space by myself with one other person. they need further training on how to move heavy items.

Under quotes, stated I would have 1/3 of the truck free, I feel like I was used here. We only used you as you sent a rep. If you would have quoted me two trucks and crews I would have used a company that could actually handle my moving request. I had to rent a 15' U-Haul to bring the rest of my stuff and buy gas for it. Completly unsatisfied, would not recommend you, will be reviewing online......
