Office staff was excellent. Actual movers were not that friendly, and late arrival at destination. Charged an additional 15 minutes for a VERY small move. We used them because we had excellent service in the past but I wasn't overly pleased with the movers this time.

One table top was damaged but it was perfectly fixed by the woodworker that the company called in

There were 3 damages happened during the moving.
1) scratches made on the hardwood floor when wrapping the sofa
2) put piano directly on hardwood floor and pushing piano rolling on hardwood floor, caused damages on hardwood floor
3) piano leg chipped
Just want to see how your customer service to deal with these damages. No other comments so far.

we had an outstanding lead mover.. (he was the older of the two).. this gentleman was beyond excellent and took care of everything.
both movers were great.. however our lead mover ensured we will be using your company again without question.

The movers were polite, respectful and very helpful. They worked very hard and no damage noted. They are very hard workers !!!!

I used the services of Two Men and a Truck for my mother's move in and out of a retirement home and this time for myself. I found them reliable, courteous , careful and diligent. The office staff also returned calls promptly and professionally. I would recommend them.

Well, let me start with the fact that this was one of my worst moves ever, due to my own lack of pre-packing and organization. Needless to say it would've been so very much worse if I hadn't used Two Men & A Truck to move the vast majority of our stuff!! We had to severely downsize by over 1000sq ft so it was challenging and still is! We are still digging out and donating stuff! So despite all of that which had no bearing on the great service we received, but it did make things a bit confusing for the lead mover who did wind up forgetting things that had to be put on the truck. But once I spoke to the office about it, they rectified it for me and sent another truck 2 days later which was awesome. Even my housemate (who suggested we do the move ourselves) was impressed with the service!!

From the very detailed estimate about our upcoming move - all the way to the 3 extremely polite and professional movers, we were very happy with 2 men and a truck. Would highly recommend.
