Unfortunately this time the truck was 50 minutes late. Were to be in at 9:00. Loaded, and unloaded by 10:50.
Charged me for 4 hours.

I have used Two Men & a Truck twice in the last 6 months. I was totally satisfied with the movers and office staff.

The overall job was good but I felt rushed and I think a little more time could have been spent trying to figure out how to get the load on the moving truck as I was told that there was no room for two appliance stove and dishwasher, also a chair was left behind at the move away from address, moving of the fridge was my biggest complaint they had to take doors off to get it out and the guys moving it didn't seem to know what they were doing when they got to the new address it was no put back together properly and the doors would not open fully, they sent a couple of guys out to fix but the doors still are not working properly. I know I signed a waiver to have them move it because they could not get it out of the kitchen with the doors on, but it should have been put back together right

We had three movers, they were all great. They arrived on time and were very careful with our furniture etc. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and courteous. We would definitely hire them again in the future and will refer them to family and friends.

Moving is so disruptive. Having capable and sensitive movers was very helpful in relieving the stress.

There were a few dings on corners of walls and one piece of furniture was damaged. But the move went very smooth.

Your employees were very courteous, polite, arrived early, took very good care to not damage anything such as walls and furniture. Your employees were very fast but careful.

The movers were good at the start. It seemed that once their friends woke up the texting and the frequent chat breaks started. Towards the end of loading the level of care declined and things were not handled as carefully or even dragged.
Three movers took an extended length of time and were unable to remove a headboard from the house yet I was able to do it alone in 5 minutes. I am not sure why but this brought out some "attitude" from one of the team.
I took charge during the unloading process and things progressed much better. I moved as much as the movers.
Granted the unloading was into a storage unit but more than 4 hours to load and only 1 to unload with proper guidance seems not to be proportionate. I would suggest that they need better practical skills

I would like to know when the damaged door will be returned. I would also like to speak to someone about my experience.

All 3 guys were efficient and got the job done under the estimated time. They really took care of our stuff and were really helpful with all our questions.
