The movers arrived when expected and got to work right away. They were fast, efficient, and came ready with all the tools/resources they might need. They were friendly, and obviously worked well together. We had a lot of heavy and/or bulky items and they moved them all without any issues.

As everyone knows, moving is a very stressful time BUT Two Men and a Truck made our move stress free. They arrived, introduced themselves, explained their procedure, and, in record time, packed all of our belongings and drove away. Everything arrived at the other end in perfect condition. The 3-man team was polite, friendly and more than accommodating. A few of our pieces were quite heavy but somehow they managed to put everything in its assigned place. Thank you Two Men and a Truck!! We highly recommend this company to anyone getting ready for a move. Thanks again, Richard

My wife and I had chosen a cheaper competitor. We regretted it. The day of the move, the competitor guys did 30 minutes of work tracking mud all over the house and left without saying a word. We didn’t even know they had gone. Repeated phone calls were left unanswered and there was still 3 hours worth of stuff to move. The office team at 2 Men and a Truck bent over backwards to schedule us in quickly. The truck arrived and the guys immediately put down mats/runners to protect the floor and moved everything into the house in record time.

Moral of the story: You get what you pay for with the cheap independents. Penny wise & pound foolish.

The truck and crew arrived ten minutes early - excellent!
The crew was polite and respectful of our home.
Items to be moved were appropriately protected and undamaged.
The crew addressed the challenges of the move without complaining.
The crew worked steadily and completed the move in the estimated time.

I wish I had heard of Two Men and a Truck on my previous local moves. This move, across the GTA was cheaper than my local moves! The care taken by this crew was excellent.

My estimate was too low. I was billed 2x the estimate. For professionals that is absurd. The movers called the supervisor he didn't answer. I called the office left a message with Carrie still no response. A company that truly cares?!? Guess not. I'm sticking with Highland movers. I regret trying this company. I'm giving Carrie one more day to call me back otherwise I'm leaving this as a review online and posting to other social media websites about this service I received. So disappointed.

The overall service was excellent. The truck was punctual and the work carried out efficiently and in a very friendly atmosphere.
