First time using movers. Will never move again without Two Men and a Truck!

T.J and his team were on time and were very attentive to our needs in regards to handling our furniture and took extra care with my musical instruments. Their attitude was great and they worked quickly and efficiently as a team but were not reckless. I would highly recommend them.
If I had one criticism and I have to take part of the blame for this because if I had asked I know they would have done it I would have liked the unloading of our boxes to have been more organized in terms of being able to read the labels on them once the were put in the basement, Other than that I was very happy with the job they did.

This was phase 1 of our moving requirements and we were so impressed with our moving team we will be asking if we can have the same team for our phase 2 move. All team members contributed to ensuring a timely and protected handling of all our items, from the meticulous padding and wrapping of our furniture and pictures to the transporting and logging of all items into the truck.

Overall very satisfied.
Really was impressed when they wrapped my small pieces and some fragile pieces before loading.
Their friendly, professional manner made my move a good experience.

For the most part we were happy with the move, however not enough men arrived initially and therefore the rate was reduced but then this impacts the amount of time to complete the move. One of the book shelves was completely destroyed and one other cabinet was damaged. There were some complaints from the movers about the time spent with the elevator, however I was clear that they were moving into an apartment on the 4th floor so I am not sure why it was necessary to comment about the time it was taking. I saw a lot of time being wasted which was at my expense. We were well prepared for the movers when they arrived which helped in making the move from both residences happen quickly, the most time was spent at the final destination.

Hayden, James and Dante were fantastic. We had a commercial-size treadmill, a massive king-size headboard and heavy, solid wood dressers that needed to get through some tight staircase corners. They communicated well and took the time to really think about the best way to manipulate the items so that they didn't have to do things twice. Yes, there were a couple of drywall "dings" and some smudges on the paint, but they were minimal and realistically, we don't believe anyone else could have done better. In fact, we truly believe that 90% of moving teams would either not have attempted some of our items, or would have caused significant damage in going forward, so these guys were miracle workers! Well done guys!
