Yes. In accordance with the "Enhancing Public Health and Workplace Safety Measures in the Provincewide Shutdown" documentation updated on Jan 12, 2021 (page 20), moving is listed as a "Business Permitted to Open."
What is TWO MEN AND A TRUCK doing to keep teams and customers safe and help stop the spread of COVID-19?
The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK system is closely following guidelines put in place by the federal and local governments, as well as provincial health agencies and the WHO. Locations are also taking extra safety measures, including regularly sanitizing trucks and equipment, using hand sanitizer throughout the move, practicing physical distancing with our teams and customers, and wearing face coverings when physical distancing is not possible. An example of physical distancing in the offices is staging dispatch to avoid overlap of move teams within the office as much as possible. We also request no more than 2 customers are in the home while we move you.

Unless your local TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise has called to cancel or postpone your move, it’s still business as usual for all of our customers who are booked. If you have any questions or concerns about your scheduled move, please reach out to your local franchise to address these concerns.

What if I need to cancel my move due to COVID-19 in my community?
You will need contact the location handling your move directly in the event that your scheduled move needs to be cancelled or moved to a different date.

Yes! All TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations are still hiring. As we continue to move customers forward, we do continue to hire team members for various positions, especially movers and drivers.
