Great service, prompt, courteous, know what they are doing and worked like a well oiled machine. In our case the move was 2 hrs shorter than estimated.

I was not told of the three-hour minimum booking time, as I knew the job would take less than that. The job was finished in one hour, and the crew did a great job. But it was disappointing to have to pay over $660 for one hour's work.

Very professional service. The movers were excellent and polite and friendly. Very professional. I would definitely use two men and truck again.

I was happy with the service received apart from the 4 hour minimum clause in the contract because I only needed 5 items moved. I am also not happy about the difference in cost as I was charged just over $1000.00 and the charges as per the movers was $250 less according to their cost calculator. I would like to be reimbursed. I wonder if anyone will even contact me to discuss this matter?

Hi Claudine, Thanks for talking to us about your issues. As we discussed over the phone, You were advised about our service and cost before booking and signing your estimate. The cost for your move was correct and what you signed for. I think you might be doing the math wrong? Hopefully you did look back on your bill and see that everything was ok. Tyler & Richard helped us move our furniture from home to garage before our home renovations started. They moved our furniture with care, respect and the move went quickly. Both Tyler & Richard were very personable and professional. Great guys! We will definitely call on them again to help us move our furniture etc.
