The movers were a lovely group of guys who were in good spirits the whole time and made the move a pleasant experience. They took extra care with all of my furniture and packed the truck perfectly and securely and everything arrived in the same condition as it had left. Couldn't ask for more. I'm using the same team for another move in a couple of weeks and know they will do another fantastic job!

Move involved one pickup and two drop offs 5 hrs away. Pickup and first drop off went really well with the movers arriving on time, working efficiently & carefully. We were pressed to finish the 2nd drop off at 8:30pm: way too late and things began to get damaged. I was also pressed to add a 3rd mover to ‘save’ $ and time but then they tried to charge me well above estimate. Disappointing end.

The staff, both office on the phone and movers in person were friendly and helpful.
The movers were careful and conscientious with my furniture.
I did feel the cost was a bit high, as I only paid a bit more than double to move more things all the way from British Columbia 2 1/2 years ago.

Was disappointed with the amount of dents in our wing chair.There are 4 dents just on one leg.Looks like they were hit pretty good. Also need to paint spots on two walls where they tried to force items through the door.Also a scratch on the new hardwood floor in bedroom where they knocked the rails for the bed over.Twice they almost dropped furniture into the banister railing going down the stair
