Truck was almost 2 hours late, when they arrived the truck was not ready to be loaded, needed to be restocked. Movers did not use straps or dollys when moving into destination address. Mover told me it only took 2 minutes to restock the truck. A lie and impossibility. Caught driver on surveillance using personal cell phone for 10 minutes at bottom of elevator while second guy unloaded. Not happy

My initial contact with the London office team was pleasant and efficient. The moving team was friendly and quick, and ended up finishing faster than the initial quote had anticipated. I would recommend this company to anyone moving, and would use them again myself for sure. It was a great experience during a stressful time.

Our moving team was fantastic and very understanding given the complicated nature of the move. I felt entirely comfortable with them and they were very reassuring which I appreciate. They also did a great job moving the furniture! Also kudos to the office team for also being very understanding and supportive during our move. It made a very tough day unexpectedly better!

Everything about the move exceeded my expectations.
From the office staff helping me with my quote and checking in to the move itself, it was wonderful service from start to finish.
The movers themselves were AMAZING. They were kind, friendly, efficient and handled every item with care.
I will absolutely recommend Two Men and a Truck and I will 100% use this service again!

Excellent experience with our moving team. All very friendly and careful with our things. My one suggestion is the movers(at least one) had just finished a smoke break before coming into our home. The smell of nicotine was very strong.
I feel it gave a rough 1st impression of your team. 1st impressions are important, especially when entering someone’s home. It’s unfortunate as they were lovely.

The whole moving experience can be very stressful but using 2M&T made it so much easier. Everyone, from booking to delivery were so easy to talk to, accommodating and professional - willing to go the extra mile to get things done right. Reasonable cost and well worth it.Would definitely recommend & use again if I needed to.

Our moving team guys were Angelo, Mike and Taylen. They were so professional, looked after our things probably better than we would if we had to move them and they were just fun to be with. It was a great morning! We haven't moved for 32.5 yrs and these men made it easy! Thanks boys!
