The team did a great job overall and we’re VERY happy.
There was a younger member of the team that could probably use a little more coaching with regard to technique for carrying multiple boxes when one is clearly marked fragile.
Also, we had multiple boxes clearly marked for what rooms they were to go in and they were all over. It’s not the end of the world, but something to work on.

The team who handled our move were great! Friendly, efficient and well organized. The crew leader especially showed leadership and was able to delegate effectively - he kept things moving at a great pace. Our move was completed in almost the exact time that was quoted to us and the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!

From start to finish it was a great experience. We have had bad experiences with other other companies in HRM in the past but our moving team was always in good spirits, gave great communication and no request was too much.

I can't remember the names, but my team on May 20th was AWESOME!! They were professional, patient fast in packing and unloading the truck. I had to wait for over 5 hours before we got the keys to new place. At no time at all I felt that they were upset or frustrated. I'm sure they were, but it was never shown to me. I would recommend this team hands down!

Our movers hit a tree with the truck first thing. This incident was handled well - they took responsibility and such. However, moral was low and the movers were slow after.
We felt they took many long breaks throughout the day. I think that, on average, for each hour charged, 15-30 minutes was break time. One of the members of the team was particularly slow and on phone calls. Disappointing.
