An excellent experience from start to finish. Appreciated ability to obtain a quote based on our actual contents and needs. In the end, the actual charges were just about spot on. The moving crew was professional, very courteous and friendly. They asked the right questions throughout to ensure that all items were carefully and accurately handled. I have moved many times and this was the best!

If you look up integrity in the dictionary, you'd find the pros in Dartmouth. Everyone there I had an encounter with was reassuring I'd be ok and I was. I got charged for 3 drivers and 45 min longer than estimated. Two things the start time I had a discrepancy based on the time I was called and the time they marked. Secondly only 2 guys showed up the 3rd was 30 min late. I tried calling and speaking to someone in the office she dismissed my concerns said she would call back and never did. This is the 2nd time I used this company and dissatisfied

I was very happy with the move. They went to the wrong address initially but we got that sorted out fairly quickly. They came with 2 rather than 3 guys contracted but he joined in some time later. Other than those glitches the move went very well.
The team was organized and professional. I would definitely use the service again and recommend to others. The only breakage was an antique lamp shade.
