This is my first time using Two Men and a Truck. The experience was excellent!! The booking process was easy and efficient with great attention to pre-move details. The moving team arrived on time and clearly had lots of experience. They were pleasant, professional, quick and careful. After the move I received a follow up call to ask about my experience. Definitely recommend this company!!

The guys were courteous and worked very well together! Like a well oiled machine. I had several antique pieces and they took care in the handling. It was an extremely hot day and they were able to get everything done on time!

I was very pleased with the service. All the staff was professional office and movers. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a great moving company. They made moving less stressful.

The entire process went smoothly from booking to the actual move. Office person was very pleasant and explained everything clearly. The team was polite and courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding this move. Office team was very pleasant + helpful. Truck / moving team was very professional, polite, answered my questions as we went along, thorough and efficient.

Overall we were satisfied with everyone and the whole process. There were only a couple of things that could be improved: 1. To ask customer if legs should be removed on planters (one broke off). 2. To place boxes and furniture in a neat pile.

Our move did not go well the truck provided was newer with chrome wheels but had no mechanical rear truck lift or a manual ramp. This combination puts staff physically at risk of straining and hurting themselves PLUS it makes the amount of time taken to do the move greater than it needs to be.
We feel we were overcharged on time and would like a refund.
